Access Issues
Although the place is not a national park it is classified as Natura 2000, a european label for places of natural interest. Some plants and small animals are unique here so be careful, don't damage anything, take away your garbage.
The valley is also shared with walkers, runners and bikers who come to enjoy this peace of heaven. Please respect everyones need of calm and quietness.
Approach
2 KM au sud d'Angoulême
De la N10, prendre la sortie hôpital de Girac, passer devant l'hôpital et au rond point, passer sous la ligne SNCF en direction de Puymoyen. En haut de la côte, au rond point, prendre la première sortie à droite qui pénètre dans une cité de pavillons. Se garer 50 mètres plus loin sur la gauche près d'un terrain vague. Les rochers sont en contrebas (sud)
Site accessible en bus au départ de la gare ou du centre ville d'Angoulème. (direction ma campagne)
