History
It is in november 2020 that Vassilis, a local climbing enthousiast, kayaking legend and bar owner; Michel, a german traveler, builder, activist and climber and Leo, a Belgian climber deeply rooted in Mytilini, came together and decided to bolt the amazing rocks of Mankatsa.
This little heaven has a strange story behind this name: it is told that the godess would seduce men, bring them on this magical place, use them and then throw them down in the waterfall.
Hopefully the destiny awaiting the climber is much brighter there as this location offer a small range of versatile techniques in between 5ish and demanding 6c+. Be aware that due to the extreme humidity, there’s a rock falling hazard so wear a helmet at all times, be safe and enjoy !
