The areas located to the west of Sant Joan are subject to a climbing prohibition from December 31 to July 1. Notices also state that the establishment of new routes is permitted provided that the Park is informed in advance. Certain sections of the cliff face are permanently off-limits for bird conservation, particularly between L'Escletxa and el Trinquet; signs mark the precise limits.
