The areas located to the west of Sant Joan are subject to a climbing prohibition from 31 December to 1 July. Additionally, there are indications that the installation of new routes is permitted if prior notification is given to the Park. Certain sections of the cliff are permanently restricted for bird protection, particularly between L'Escletxa and el Trinquet; signs clearly mark the specific limits.
