Dedicated to the memory of the concentration camps Slana and Metajna that existed in Metajna and above the cliffs near Stogaj in 1941 where an estimated 4000 to 12000 men, women and children were raped, tortured and murdered under the Ustaše regime.
Bolted in spring of 2026 with titanium glue-in bolts by Felix Neudeck, Isabelle Burtscher, Robert Kießling and Jost Burhop. Work on the sector will probably resume in 2027.
