Unique Features And Strengths

Description

The area is wild, situated between the Janubio salt pans and the distinctive square orange building, which is a desalination plant. While the rock can be sharp, the landings are generally good, and the top is solid. There is immense potential in this location. The best access is from the southern end of the Janubio reserve, following the coastal paths. Approaching from the north, the wall mentioned is a more natural sector located just after a large quarried area that could provide numerous problems, although the sloping and rubbly landings may deter some climbers (the initial impression was ‘Black gold’). The grades indicated in the topo likely reflect FR route grades and may be overrated; the Fonainebleau bouldering system is utilized here.

Approach

¡Gracias!
