* use public or marked trails to access the crags
* use only fixed gear and textile protection
* keep noise levels down, **do not climb on wet or damp sandstone**, and do not disturb nesting birds
* do not damage or alter the rock surface (rope friction, chipping), and do not remove plants or vegetation
* always climb routes ground-up, maximum 5 climbers per party, no top-roping
* chalk is prohibited, abseil only from permanent anchors
* first ascents usually require prior approval
