Description

El acceso a ciertas escuelas (como «Canon del Sil», «Covas» o «Presa do Eume») está regulado. Asegúrate de verificarlo en las guías locales. Ethic

The route developers have dedicated significant effort to ensure the safety of coastal climbing, utilizing primarily glue-in inox anchors or inox bolts on the seaside cliffs. Nevertheless, it is crucial to remain vigilant as climbing by the coast can be particularly hazardous, and it is advisable to consult guidebooks for information on re-bolting dates. Due to the high humidity during winters, there is also a concerted effort to remove moss from certain routes in the spring, so please lend a hand when you can (while being mindful of any protected species). A trend towards clean climbing is gaining traction, meaning that although some older areas feature bolted cracks, modern crags consistently provide opportunities for traditional climbing. Overall, the majority of local climbers are generous in sharing their new developments and are welcoming to visitors, with only a few anecdotal exceptions in certain specific locations.
