Description

. Beautiful gray rock slab close to the sea. Too bad about the purifier behind it. The sector was closed after recent works on the purifier. Apparently the very solid grid limestone plaque is at risk of collapse (-_-). . To park in front of the cliffs you have to pay a ticket of around €9 to enter. If it's after about 5, probably because the crags are in the shade, maybe you don't pay at all. You can park outside to pay less or on the cliff to pay nothing. When the establishment closes in Autumn and Winter the car park may be closed but you can still enter on foot. Some sector are closed and forbidden to climb since they are just above the sewage treatment plant. Climbing is prohibited from the Duino cliff park in the first 6 months of the year.
